| Online Maps provides access to a wide variety of interactive map based information covering the new forest district area. You can search for places or addresses, add information to the map, find the nearest service or facility, print maps and more. | ![]() | |
| Location Information provides a text-based alternative to the information available in Online Maps. You can search for any address within the district and find local information relating to it. It will tell you who represents you, your council tax band, refuse and recycling information, planning history and more. You will also find links to Online Maps and further information. | ![]() | |
| Find a Car Park provides map locations and information relating to council managed car parks within the new forest area. You can search by town or postcode to find local car parks together with information about parking fees, length of stay etc. | ![]() | |
| Find a Recycling Centre provides map locations and information about items that can be recycled at each recycling centre. You can search by town or postcode to find all local recycling centres, or narrow your search to just show those that accept specific items. | ![]() | |
| Find a Public Convenience provides map locations and information about public conveniences that are managed by the district council. You can search by town or postcode to find nearby public conveniences together with information about available facilities and opening times. | ![]() |
Browser Versions
Online Maps has been developed and tested for use with the following browsers: -
Internet Explorer 5.5 or later, Netscape 8.0.0.3 or later, Mozilla 1.7.11 or later, Mozilla Firefox 1.0.6 or later, Avant and Ace.
Users of other browsers may not see the content of this site correctly and certain functions may not be available.
Screen Resolution
Interactive maps are best used with screen resolutions of 800 x 600 or greater (1024 x 768 recommended). Due to the volume of information we want to provide, you may need to scroll down the pages to see everything.
Internet Access
Interactive maps perform best with broadband internet access. If you use dial-up internet connection the maps take some time to download.
Browsealoud accessibility software can be used with this site. Every effort has been made to meet the needs of computer users with visual impairment or other conditions that limit accessibility, but information cannot always be presented in an accessible format due to the high graphical nature of this site.
