Communications and media
What we do:
The communications team looks after the council's internal and external communications, including media relations. The communications team acts as the first point of contact for all media enquiries.
We aim to respond to enquiries quickly and we are also able to facilitate media interviews and photo opportunities when appropriate.
The team is also responsible for coordinating communications in times of emergency.
News Releases are sent via email and are published on this website. Contact the communication team if you would like to be added to our news release distribution list.
Pictures from our photo library are normally available for local media to use without charge, subject to the following acknowledgement: Photograph courtesy of New Forest District Council.
