REPAIR RESPONSIBILITIES
We are not responsible for repairing damage caused by a tenant, family members, visitors or pets, these are your responsibility to repair and pay for.
Typical repairs and responsibilities are listed below:

Internal | * Shaving off the bottom of doors to clear carpets | * Plaster work, excluding small cracks |
General | * Cracked or broken glass, if it is your fault (we may carry out the work and charge you) | * The main structure of the building including roofs, ceilings, walls, floors, etc |
